Agreement

These terms govern every purchase from YVR Peptides ("we", "us"). By ordering you accept them together with the research-use, privacy and refund policies. You must be at least 18 years old.

Research use only

All products are research chemicals for in-vitro laboratory use. They are not approved by Health Canada and are not for human or veterinary use. You are responsible for lawful handling, storage and disposal.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when an order reference is issued. Payment is due in full before dispatch. We may cancel any order and refund it, including where we believe products may be misused. Prices are in CAD and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout applies to that order.

Shipping and risk

We ship by tracked courier within Canada through our fulfilment partner. Risk passes to you on delivery as recorded by the courier.

Product information

Descriptions, molecular weights and CAS numbers are literature reference values for identification. The manufacturer's certificate of analysis for each lot is the authoritative description of that lot.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the products concerned. You indemnify us against claims arising from any use other than in-vitro laboratory research.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
